Nora is 4!!!

My baby is 4 and I cannot believe it. We had an Olivia themed birthday party yesterday to celebrate her big day. Grandma and Grandpa came into town and all of our St. Louis family and friends were there as well! We lucked out with a gorgeous day. I was happy about that since we held her party at the 'dinosaur' park (crestwood park). We had the pavilion right next to the playground and it was awesome. We will for sure be having more parties at that park. My neighbor made matching Olivia dresses for the girls and they turned out so cute. We opened the presents in waves because our little girl is spoiled. So we opened the presents that came from out of town friday night and then everything else on her birthday. It was a great day to say the least. Happy Birthday Nora!!!!

I LOVE Olivia!

It's my birthday and I know it

Happy Girl

She was very protective of all of her presents this year. Poor thing has had a birthday party for someone else 4 out of the last 6 weeks and has patiently waited her turn. She has opened enough presents to last her for a while!!

Preschool Concert

We had Nora's preschool concert this past Wednesday and it was great. The kids were too cute and Nora cracked us up. She scratched herself on her way up to the risers and kept checking out her scratch through the whole thing. She did a great job when it was her classes turn to use the props. We all enjoyed ourselves and loved watching her perform!

Stella-6 months!

Wow! Stella is 6 months. I know I keep saying this but it sure does seem to be going fast! She is doing awesome. We went to the dr. yesterday and everything went well. We saw our new dr. and I really liked her. I switched because I didn't love our current dr and I really feel like I should love the dr. that I take my girls to see.
Anyway Stella's previous stats were....

4 months
14lbs 12 oz
25 1/2" long

6 months
17 lbs 2 oz
26 1/2" long

She is a growing girl. She is now wearing 9 month clothes. The 6 month just are not long enough for her. This is the same problem we had with Nora. Stella is rolling all over the place. She has figured out how to roll in order to get something she wants. She is also starting to inch her way to get things as well while she is on her belly. It is the beginning of army crawling. Nothing is safe now! The dr. said that in the next couple of months we should be seeing her pulling herself up to a sitting position and starting to crawl on all fours. Stella is also eating baby food as well. She is getting cereal and a TBS of vegetables at dinner time. There isn't a food she hasn't liked yet! We are so blessed! Here are a few recent pics!

She just loves her taggie blanket that our neighbor made her and she sleeps with it every night and for naps. She covers her face with it, which made me nervous at first, but it starts there and then she ends up with it nestled between her face and the bed.

And for your viewing pleasure, here is Nora lotioning Stella after a recent bath. She is singing our after bath song. I showed Nora the video and she just cracked up and wanted to watch it again and again. She loved watching herself on camera!
